Industrial Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and enhancing overall efficiency. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan, analyzing production systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase productivity, along with ensuring all planning activities align with project objectives and reducing costs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize <GD T> principles to optimize manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and assemble efficient production systems
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies
• Develop a comprehensive planning and scheduling strategy for assembly
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines and resource allocations
• Define project milestones and deliverables
• Apply industrial engineering principles to streamline operations
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve workflow efficiency
• Incorporate robotics technology into production processes
• Review existing scheduling and planning systems, and develop new workflows to streamline assembly operations.
• Collect data and analyze feedback to identify issues and/or areas of necessary improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial engineering or related field
• Proficiency in <GD T>, assembly processes, root cause analysis, welding techniques, CAD, Lean manufacturing, robotics, and SolidWorks
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
