Responsibilities:
- Must be Forklift Certified
- Must be able to operate Pallet Jack
- Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
- Receive Deliveries
- Catalog deliveries properly
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
- Schedule Shipments
- Arrange appropriate transportation of products
- Ensure accuracy of product packaging
- Ensure packages are shipped and received timely
- Proper palletizing a must
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries
- Ability to troubleshoot shipping issues that arise
- Keep appropriate staff advised of back ordered items and timelines
- Must follow detailed instructions and receive direction well
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain files
- All other job duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1yr of Warehouse experience
- 1 yr. of related Shipping & Receiving experience
- 1yr. of experience handling Materials, Distribution, and Operations
- Good Understanding of basic/fundamental warehouse Shipping & Receiving Procedures
- Must be Forklift Certified
- Must be ablet to lift 30lbs
- Must be Detail oriented
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well as a TEAM as well as individually
- Must have ability to adapt to changing environment
- Must be willing and able to work weekends when required
