Design Drafter Level II

MRBRAZ & Associates, PLLC is seeking a Level II Design Drafter to join our Design Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and technology; must display a willingness to learn. This position will be responsible for interpreting, creating, and implementing design drawings in 2D/3D with proficiency. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and follow directives.

Main responsibilities:

• Proficient in reading redlines
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Development of required 2D drawings
• Development of required 3D drawings
• Interpreting mark-ups on drawings
• Working in a team environment
• Consistent time management
• Ability to manage time and deliver on time agreed to deadlines for progress and final tasks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, preferred with AutoCAD MEP
• Proficiency in SDS2, Revit, Navisworks
• Microsoft Suite
• 4-6 years working experience a must
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Meet required deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday
• 7:00am-11:00am Friday

Expected hours: 40 per week
