Job Summary: 

We are currently in need of a Field Supervisor/Superintendent to oversee operations and safety for our production and other job sites throughout the United States.

This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a seasoned and dedicated professional. You will need at least 10 years of experience, including experience in piping, structural, assembly and welding. You will need to have significant time under your belt as a manager or supervisor. Experience in our industry will be particularly helpful.

Your primary duties will include overseeing and coordinating job-site activities. You will need to be qualified to ensure adherence to health and safety laws and regulations. As a result, you will need to keep current with safety codes and advancements in construction.

As a Field Supervisor, you will be traveling to our job sites in locations across the United States, so you should expect up to 90% travel. Your work hours will depend in large part on production schedules, so you will need to be prepared to work beyond 40 hours a week, as well as on weekends or holidays, as circumstances require.

At those jobsites, you will be performing inspections of the sites themselves, as well as equipment and material. You will also be assessing the performance of teams and individuals and will need to communicate expectations and evaluations professionally.

As a Field Supervisor, you will schedule and attend meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers and staff. You will be representing the Company at a corporate level and will be expected to be an excellent ambassador for MRBraz.

This position requires a diverse set of skills including knowledge of Ammonia and refrigeration. It will help your application if you have OSHA or forklift certifications. A CDL is also a plus.

You will need the ability, among other things, to be able to climb steep stairs and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

You need to be currently authorized to work in the U.S. and not in need of an employment-based visa. Also, we perform pre-employment drug screens and background checks to ensure that we provide the safest possible working conditions for our employees.

Salary: Up to $60.00 per hour
